Yogurt breakfast recipe
This is one of my favorite breakfasts, which I sometimes prepare for an afternoon snack. And it is not only delicious but also super healthy! You can modify it with additional ingredients of our choice, in order to make it perfect for you!
Now I will show you the way I prepare it almost every morning!
Ingredients you need:
- 200 grams yogurt (whichever is your favorite one, I use regular yogurt)
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia (you can use another sweetener)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 peeled peach (or other fruits by choice)
How to prepare it:
Mix everything in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Then, your healthy breakfast (or snack) is ready! Enjoy the yogurt!
