He is currently a Head of Department of Urology at University Hospital Plovdiv.
Prof. Shishkov does research in Nephrology, Surgery and Urology. He is a contributing author of "Practical Tips in Urology"
Since 2001, Prof. Shishkov has been a member of the European Urological Association with certificates for the last six congresses of the Association in Birmingham, Madrid, Vienna, Istanbul, Paris and Berlin.
