Homemade Grape Body Scrub Recipe
Now, as promised, the body scrub recipe. This homemade skincare product is super easy and quick to make, and at the same time, it is super effective. It removes all the dead skin cells, boosts the natural exfoliation process, soothes the skin texture, gets rid of any impurities and at the same time detoxes and nourishes. Keep in mind that this scrub is not suitable for facial exfoliation because the sugar crystals are too sharp and aggressive. If you want to use this recipe for your face, you can substitute the sugar with baking soda or blended instant oats. Let’s see how to make it!

- 10 grapes (it’s best to use white, seedless type)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 tablespoons sugar
Mash the grapes until they become a paste. Add the olive oil and sugar and mix well until the scrub becomes homogenous.
Apply to the body before shower and massage it energetically on the skin for 5-6 minutes. Wash away with water. Enjoy your soft skin!
